Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not normally shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Most orders are processed within a few hours of receiving them, and shipped the next morning.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.50 per order.

Warmaiden offers free shipping on all orders over $99.

All other shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Most standard shipping time is 3-7 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping confirmation & tracking Number

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages From Shipping

Warmaiden Games & Hobbies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim is recommended.
Return & Exchange Policy
Warmaiden Games & Hobbies is committed to ensuring your happy with every purchase to make with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item no questions asked within 30 days of receipt! (Unopened condition only)
We require a 15% restocking fee to cover the labor used to "restock" the item as well as the shipping cost spent shipping you the item.
Defective items are not subject to this restocking fee.
Please contact Support@warmaidengames.com and we will be able to give you return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
